Coventry SEND Local Offer

Coventry’s “SEND Local Offer” shows what is available in the local area to support children and young people (0-25yrs) with special educational needs and disabilities.

As well as identifying what is already available across education, health and social care, it is also there to point out any improvements needed or gaps in provision.

A good Local Offer relies on the participation of children, young people and their parents/carers.

We want to give you the opportunity to tell us what you think and ask any questions that you have. This will help us to identify the sort of provision in Coventry which will benefit our children and young people the most.

For more information on the SEND Local Offer - have a look at the Local Offer Website

Have you signed up to the half termly “In Partnership” e-bulletin from the SEND Information Advice and Support Service? This provides information about SEND both in Coventry, including upcoming events and changes to services, and national stories.

You can sign up through the City Council website, just select “Coventry SEND news” under the Children and Families section.

Surveys

Below are a number of surveys to tell us how you feel about provision in Coventry. They are there to help us make sure our offer to children and young people with SEND remains of the highest quality.

All responses can be anonymous, although we encourage you to be open in your feedback and include your details where possible.
