To ensure the resident and community voice is at the heart of the One Coventry Plan a period of engagement was held from June to September 2022 to capture what is most important to residents and understand how we could deliver our priorities together.

The extensive engagement was completed and you, our residents were able to share your views in any way you wished, nothing was off the table. As well as traditional surveys, we spoke to people at community events like Godiva Festival and Sports Fest, in the City Centre and at local community events like Rhyme time in libraries. Children and Young people were able to share their views through poster competitions.

The engagement produced rich feedback and insight into what matters most to you. A full summary of the feedback received through the various forms of engagement can be found at: https://www.coventry.gov.uk/OCPFeedbackReports

The One Coventry Plan has been updated to ensure it reflects what you told us was most important. The feedback is also being used to inform service delivery now and strategic planning for the future.

The delivery statements for each of the priorities in the draft One Coventry Plan were reviewed to ensure they were reflective of your thoughts and views. In most cases, the draft statements were supported by your feedback. We will explain under each of the priority pages where we have made changes to the One Coventry Plan to reflect the feedback received.
