Coventry Community Spaces - Administrative Co-ordinator Role Vacancy

A vacancy has arisen for a Administrative Co-ordinator at Coventry Community Spaces CIC.

Coventry Community Spaces CIC was established in December 2021, the organisation is made up of 9 community centres working and volunteering in communities across Coventry.

Coventry Community Spaces CIC support Coventry communities by running groups and services that benefit the wellbeing of local people. The organisation is looking for someone to co-ordinate administrative functions across the 9 community centre sites.

Deadline for Applications: 16th June 2023

12 Hours per week, £13 per hour plus mileage
Shortlisting: 19 to 21 June
Interviews to be held: 30 June 2023, 12-4pm at Friargate Station Square, Coventry CV1 2FL
Location: Hybrid working from home or community centre locations within the group.

Community Fun Days in Bell Green and Wood End


Are you a resident in Bell Green or Wood End? Or do you know of someone who is? Then save Friday 2nd June in your diaries for Community Fun Days.

Moat House, CV Life, Coventry City Council and a range of other organisations are holding ‘Community Fun Day’ events on Friday 2nd June, from 11:00 – 14:00 at the Moat House Leisure & Neighbourhood Centre and 10:00 – 15:00 at Bell Green Library.

Both of the events will be free and residents and families can take part in various fun activities.

There will be a free BBQ and bouncy castle at Moat House Leisure & Neighbourhood Centre and refreshments at Bell Green Library!

There will be a background theme on the day, which will be based around health and employment. Various services across these sectors will be in attendance and on hand to talk to residents in a relaxed way to offer support and advice, where appropriate.







CycleFest @ MotoFest

Enjoy free family activities from 10am including a stunt show, pedal power arcade, Go Ride course, Learn to Ride area and Dr Bike. Join a family ride on the Ring Road MotoFest circuit from 7.30pm .


CycleFest @ MotoFest(External link) on the Saturday of MotoFest weekend includes a Cycling Expo by the Railway Station with free family activities!

  • Watch the Extreme Mountain Bike Show,
  • Try the Pedal Power Arcade with Scalextric, smoothie and bubble bikes,
  • Try out the Go Ride Skills course
  • Learn to Ride area.
  • Dr Bike checks

Ride the Ring Road

The 3.7km MotoFest Sprint Circuit on the Coventry Ring Road will be open for cycling from 7.30pm – 9.30pm. The access to the circuit is from Friargate near Coventry Railway Station only.

Bring your own bike or hire one at the event, including adults and children’s bikes, cargo bikes and inclusive bikes and trikes for all ages.

Daytime: Cycling Expo 10am – 4pm

  • Pedal Power Arcade, Go Ride Skills course, Learn to Ride area. Dr Bike.
  • Extreme Mountain Bike Show: 10.45am, 12.45pm, 2.45pm,

Evening: Cycling Expo 6.30pm – 9.30pm

  • Pedal Power Arcade, Dr Bike, Bike Hire
  • Extreme Mountain Bike Show: 6.30pm, 8pm and 9pm

MotoFest Sprint Circuit is open for cycling from 7.30pm – 9.30pm on Saturday 3 June only.
