Cheylesmore - I sort of love the area
I love the area because it’s convenient to city centre and transport hubs. It’s good to have local shops and services. there are lots of green spaces around and love the trees along the roads. People are generally friendly.
I don’t love the area because every blooming dog walker (there are many many) thinks the green outside our house is a public lavatory for their dog/s. Every time i look out there is a dog walker loitering and encouraging their dog to do their business there - Disgusting & public health issue.
also don’t like it as increasingly it’s HMOs and drivers who think they have the right to block other peoples access to their drives to pickup/drop off kids (no school anywhere near here), delivery drivers to make deliveries to other people in the neighbourhood despite there being valid places to park or just loiter for no reason.
