November's Support Offers

Cov Connects has Launched!

CovConnects launched as the councils new digital inclusion programmes and initiatives to ensure all Coventry residents have access and equal opportunities to use digital tools, technologies and services in the right way for them. Please see below overview of two new initiatives

Digital Drop-ins @ Central Library, every Tuesday and Saturday 10am – 12pm

Digital drop-ins are now taking place in central library, where residents can go to get 1:1 support and learn new digital skills such as using a device for the first time, setting up an email address, staying safe online, and accessing online services. Support is offered by our trained digital champion volunteers and will be individual and tailored to what the learner would like to know.

The National Databank

We know that there are many residents may not be able to get online due to rising costs, but we understand that staying connected is vital to access services, support and stay connected with others.

Coventry City Council has signed up with the National Databank to help distribute data to residents who are struggling to afford to keep connected.

  • and/or has no or insufficient access to the internet when away from the home
