Adult Social Care Open Day - Tuesday 6th June

As part of Carers Week, Coventry City Council is hosting an Adult Social Care open day

Tuesday 6 June 2023, 10am - 4pm, Bethal Church, Spon End.

The open day is an opportunity for you to:

  • Discover the different Adult Social Care services on offer
  • Find out about help available for a loved one
  • Talk to our friendly teams about the support they provide

No need to book. Just turn up and join us for a cup of tea and a chat!

Do you or someone you know need support with the rising cost of living?

Across Coventry, many people are feeling the pressure from the increasing cost of living. If you’re struggling financially or concerned about the future, getting help early can make a big difference.

Lots of support is available from many different organisations to help you manage the cost of living pressures.

Addressing Anxiety for Mental Health Awareness Week

In Coventry there is support available for those finding it difficult to cope with anxiety. The Coventry and Warwickshire Mental Wellbeing Line is available 24/7 on 0800 616171. The friendly and compassionate advisers are trained and ready to help people feeling low, anxious or stressed, who are having a difficult time coping and need to talk to someone in confidence to find the right service.

Financial stress can have a big impact on mental health, including the current rising costs of living. Residents feeling anxious about money can access various types of wellbeing and practical support via the Coventry City Council website.

Anyone who is struggling with their mental health can access help through their GP or the Coventry and Warwickshire Mental Health Access Hubs helpline: 08081 966798.
