Time to Spare

Time to Spare is a free and easy to use online software platform that helps you to to get all of your client, volunteer and activity information together in one place, reach more people and easily measure your impact for funding reports and grant applications.

It has been used by over 500 charities across the UK, meaning that they no longer rely on a mixture of online forms, spreadsheets and paper registers to do the following:

• Take and track payments
• Manage bookings
• Take registers and surveys
• Store client information and demographics
• Report back to funders.

Clothing Coventry- School Uniform Scheme

Clothing Coventry is supporting families struggling with the cost of school uniform by providing free, good quality second hand school uniforms.

You can request school uniform, or other clothing and shoes, by heading to www.clothingcoventry.org/referrals and providing information about the items you need including gender, age clothes they are wearing and school colours.

Parents can self-refer using this form, and collect from their warehouse in Hillfields, or you can ask clothes parcels to be delivered to HAF venues.
