Capital programme announced to bring growth, investment and tackle the causes of climate change

The Council will be considering a report next week around the £12.9m ambitious capital programme supporting innovative transport and highways projects, keeping the city as one of the most forward-thinking in the country.

Alongside the enhancement and maintenance of the city’s roads, pavements and transport infrastructure there are pioneering projects such as the Coventry Very Light Rail, All Electric buses and Gigafactory.
