LOOKED AFTER CHILDREN - VACCINATION CONSULTATION

Data demonstrates that vaccination levels within children looked after by Coventry City Council have not met the 95% target within the 2014/15 – 2019/20 timeframe.  At end of year 2019/20 86% of the cohort had a fully vaccinated status.

This survey is aimed towards internal social workers, foster carers and residential care workers and LAC nurses.

We would like to hear from you to understand how we can increase the fully vaccinated status of our Looked After Children by answering a few short questions.

The closing date for this survey is 16th December 2020.
