If you currently or have previously smoked tobacco products, we would love to hear from you!

We want to understand how we can best support people who want to quit smoking. Your feedback will help us develop better resources and support to help residents lead healthier, smoke-free lives.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. All responses will remain confidential and will only be used to improve services.

This survey is being carried out for Coventry City Council and Warwickshire County Council by independent researchers, Social Engine. Everyone who completes the survey can also enter our prize draw with the chance to win a £250 shopping voucher or one of five runners-up vouchers of £50.
