Free Drop‑In Vaccination Clinics at Foleshill and Hillfields Family HubsKeeping children up to date with routine NHS vaccinations is essential in protecting them from serious illnesses, particularly as they start school and come into contact with more people. If you’ve missed a GP appointment or are unsure which vaccines your child may need, Coventry’s Family Hubs are offering free, friendly, drop‑in vaccination clinics to help families catch up with no stress. These sessions provide a safe, welcoming space where you can talk to experienced NHS nurses, ask questions, and get your child vaccinated quickly and safely. All vaccinations are free as part of the NHS programme, and your child’s GP record is updated automatically. What You Can Expect

Octavius and Coventry City Council Collaborate to Inspire Young Minds
Octavius, a transport solutions provider, got in touch with Community Resilience Team to provide some social value work in communities. They collaborated with Coventry City Council to donate 20 copies of the educational storybook "Sammi on Site." For over 18 months, the Tile Hill Support Hub has been a vital resource for the local community, offering a range of services and advice through monthly activities. This initiative, held at St Oswald’s Church, provides essential support from organisations such as Job Shop, Citizen Housing, and various benefits and health advisors.
Recognizing a gap in their services, St Oswald’s identified the need for assistance with online assessments and form completion. Coventry Open Christmas - Do you need a hot meal or safe place to go at Christmas?
The following service open to everybody:
- Emergency overnight sleeping for the homeless or anyone in need
- Free hot meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner times
- Emergency food parcels
- A warm, non judgemental place for anyone who needs a safe place to go
- Entertainment each night, including bingo during the day, prizes, and much more

Winter vaccine pop-up clinics - Coventry City Centre
The NHS will be delivering winter vaccine pop-up clinics in Coventry City Centre for people who are eligible for the flu and COVID-19 vaccines this winter. They will provide an opportunity for those who have been unable to see their GP or attend a pharmacy to get the vaccines. The vaccinations will only be available to those who are eligible through the NHS(External link).
The mobile unit will be parked:
At: Millennium Place, outside the Transport Museum
On: Wednesday 27th November and Wednesday 4th December
Time: 10am-3pm
