Provider Survey

Thank you for taking part.

This survey asks about your experiences as a professional who supports people affected by sexual assault or abuse (sexual violence). Your answers will help improve support for survivors in Coventry.

In this survey, sexual assault or abuse (sexual violence) means any sexual behaviour that happens without consent or without understanding. This can include touching, actions, words, or images. It can feel frightening, confusing, or unsafe. It can take away a person’s control.

Your answers are anonymous. We will not ask for your name or anything that can identify you. Your answers will be grouped with others and not linked to you.

Some questions may feel sensitive. You can skip any question. You can stop the survey at any time.

Thank you for sharing your experience and helping to improve support for others.
