As part of the family health and lifestyles service, we would like you to complete a short survey which will help inform the workforce development sessions. The purpose of the training is to create shared tools and techniques we can use across teams within the new service to shape and improve the service going forward aswell as providing you with increased knowledge and skills to assist areas such as leadership, communication and non clinical skills to drive improvements in the service.
The information collected in this survey will be used by Coventry City Council Officers for the purposes of finding out what the training needs are for staff within the family health and lifestyles service, this will inform the workforce development programme. We will share the information provided with external facilitators for the same purposes. All information produced will be anonymised.
This survey will take approximately 5-10 mins to complete.
