We are carrying out a Drug and Alcohol Needs Assessment to understand the needs of people who have a drug and/ or alcohol need in Coventry.
Coventry City Council and its partners would like your help to try and improve drug and alcohol provision in the borough. By receiving your feedback, we will be able to improve our response and target our resources more effectively.
The assessment will be used to help develop services across the borough that better meet the needs of people who have drug or alcohol needs.
The deadline for responses is 28/10/2022.
This survey is for all practitioners who work with individuals that may have, or be at risk of harm from, drug or alcohol misuse.
The survey is capturing views on services and approaches to meeting drug and alcohol needs in Coventry. We are also interested in how the needs of those with various protected characteristics are met.
When we use the term “services”, this also includes the wider partners, such as Police, Probation, health services, etc, and not just the commissioned treatment services. We are keen to receive views on the overall system and not just the commissioned services.
The information collected in this survey will be used by Coventry City Council officers to help improve our services. We may share the results of the survey. All information produced will be anonymised.

Teachers and other educational workers, please complete the School Survey below.
