This group helps support people affected by someone else's drug or alcohol use. It aims to provide a safe and confidential place to ‘offload’, and a chance to feel heard and valued by people with stories similar to your own.

Tuesday 7 April 2026 from 10:30am to 12:30pm at Bonds Lodge , Bonds Street, Coventry CV1 4AH This is a group aimed at those who care for others with mental health struggles. It offers a chance to talk to like-minded carers and our team in a safe environment. All carers have the opportunity to speak, and coffee and tea is provided!

Our working carers group is a supportive and confidential space for those balancing work and caring.  Join us on Zoom to share your experiences, access resources, and connect with others who truly understand the challenges of juggling work and care.

South Asian carers group. A fun session where you can get to know other carers in a fun environment from similar backgrounds.

Join us in a different social setting around Coventry on the first Thursday of each month, for a chat and a cuppa!

Are you a carer supporting someone with a diagnosis of dementia or concerned about someone's memory? Then please join us. 

Our peer support group offers a safe place to talk about how dementia affects your life. You will also receive helpful information to take away with you.
